Needs
Visually identify the Jean-Grimaldi Hall and direct users to the entrance
on the second floor.
Challenges
- Create a specific theatre type signage for the Jean-Grimaldi Hall;
- Integrate the signage system into the CEGEP’s environment;
- Make the most of existing architectural elements;
- Enable internal updates of messages and posters.
Solutions
- Use the contrasting colours of the logo to create an “evening feel” branding;
- Integrate the signage into the structural elements;
- Develop poster showcases using magnets to reduce the risk of vandalism.
Results
Original and efficient identification using the least amount of material.
